The classes run in 8 week sessions, and the cost per session is $60-$68. Many private instructors will also hold special sessions on the beach or in a park or community center as well. Most gyms and health clubs offer a faster-paced version of “fitness yoga”. However, some gyms also feature more advanced or specialized classes. Wherever you decide to practice, enjoy, and Namaste.
